NBK Super Heavy Duty Brake Fluids has both the Dot 3 and Dot 4 rating variants
NBK Super Heavy Duty Brake Fluid Dot 3
- Composition – 80% Glycol Ether base
- Lower wet(284ºF) & dry (401°F) boiling point
- Moisture absorption rate slower than Dot 4
- Replacement less frequent – 2 to 3 years or 50,000 to 60,000 km
- Suitable for all brake systems and driving conditions especially for older vehicle and lighter use
- Compatible with Dot 4
NBK Super Heavy Duty Brake Fluid Dot 4 brake fluid
- Composition – 50-65% Glycol Ether, 20-30% Borate Ester
- Higher wet(446ºF) & dry(311ºF) boiling point than Dot 3
- Moisture absorption rate faster than Dot 3
- Replacement more frequent – every 2 years or 30,000 to 50,000 km
- Suitable for all brake systems and driving conditions especially for modern vehicles, heavier load or towing. Preferred by high performance vehicles
- Compatible with Dot 3
