NES Group supply a wide range of gaskets to provide sealing solutions for the different specifications and sealing needs of each engine part, for example:
– to provide optimized  sealing solutions for the cylinder head to seal both coolants and lubricating oil all at the same time under high operating pressures and temperatures.
Engine oils contain additives that can have an adverse affect on seals.

Our portfolio of gaskets and sealing solutions are manufactured using advanced and innovative sealing technologies with choices of different materials and metals together with different elastomer layers to complement each other to ensure efficiency and the integrity of the seal.

These sealing solutions are designed for different makes and models of vehicle and the different parts of the automotive engine – for example:-

          Cylinder head
          Valve cover
          Manifold
          Oil pan

Material Types Available

Non Asbestos Gasket Material

Non Asbestos Gasket Material

Non-asbestos gasket materials are made of aramid fibre, cellulose fibre, special inorganic fibre and functional fillers binded with special synthetic rubber.

End products have good sealing properties and wide range of temperature and pressure from medium to very high resistant performance.

These materials are widely used in gaskets for a wide range of applications in automotives.

Applications can for sealing of water, steam, hydrocarbon, oil, fuel, inert gas, aliphatic organic compounds and weak to strong acids and alkali.

Range of specifications for material variants:

      • Compressibility: 7∼17 %
      • Recovery: 40∼50 %
      • Tensile Strength: ≥ 6.0∼14.0 MPa
      • Density: 1.60∼1.82 g/cm³
      • Working Temperature: -30∼300 ºC
      • Working Pressure: ≤ 2.0∼8.0 MPa
      • Thickness: 0.3∼5.0 mm
